I’ll be sketching for free this evening and tomorrow Saturday at the Citrus Park Mall theater in Tampa, FL.
See you there!
I’m currently available for drawing, penciling and inking comic book and graphic novel art. I can get started on your project or pin-up or short story or storyboard this week or at a time of your choosing.
My rates are $50 for an inked pin-up, one character. Add $15 per extra character on the pin-up. My sequential art is $100 per page in your choice of penciled or inked art. Here’s my website with samples and such: http://www.jlugographics.com/services]
I can draw Superhero, Realistic, Manga, horror and science fiction, so I can draw almost anything you need.
Let me know if you’re interested in working together!

On Facebook and on Myspace too!
If you had the chance to ask your favorite artist to draw your favorite character, what would it be?
For me, I’d ask George Perez to draw Conan the Barbarian in the middle of a massive battlefield just destroying all types of WoW monsters left and right, and he could add a few of Conan’s Hyborian friends into the mix if he liked, like Red Sonja, Belit and Valeria.
Leave me a comment either below or at my homepage. Thanks!
I haven’t been that active around these parts, but just wondering if anyone had gotten a good gig, sold some art or established some good contact through CS.
I’m up to my neck in sequential artwork and love it! I’m looking for more work for July-Agust 2009, as I’ll have an opening in my schedule for 1 more sequential assignment. Anyone interested? I produce 1-2 pages of sequential artwork per weekend, penciled or inked, so let me know.
BTW, let me know what are you up to in June 2009?

Hello,
My name is Javier Lugo and I’m an artist that does comic book artwork as a side business, while I work your standard 40 hour office job. I’m going to transition into drawing full time effective May 1st, and that is why I’m posting this bulletin.
If you need one piece of art or a hundred, go to my website and take a look at the type of work I’ve created so far. Use your imagination to try to envision your story with my art and if it seems like a good fit, contact me.
I’ll review your project and work up an estimate, in both time and budget, on how to turn your idea/story into a work of art.
I create:
Sequential pencil art
Sequential inked art
Pinup up, pencils
Pinup art, inked
Paintings, on canvas with acrylics
Concept art
I have a group of colorists that I work often with and their work and dependability speaks volumes. I would not work with them if they were not professional and timely.
I’ve already been doing this type of work part time since August 2006 and this is my committment to taking my passion for drawing and art to the next logical level. I go to conventions in South and Central Florida and would be glad to meet you in person at MegaCon(Brown 11B), FX, Florida Supercon and Tampa Comic Con so you can get a better feel for the kind of person I am and the kind of passion I bring to a project.
I also work with my local comic book shops during Free Comic Book Day, and have done sketches at malls, churches, fund raisers and movie openings.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact my by e-mail and I can respond by e-mail or by phone.
Sincerely,
Javier Lugo
